IT'S BACK FOR SUMMER
Every Wednesday from July 15 to August 26, our patio transforms into a Thai night market. We fire up the charcoal grill for skewers cooked to order, the smoky heart of Southeast Asian street food, right here in Creekside.
Pull up a seat, order a few skewers, and settle in with a $10 spritz, a glass of wine, or an ice-cold Singha as the mountain evening rolls in.

EXECUTIVE CHEF
Born and raised in Bangkok, Chef Bonnie Khummuang's cooking is shaped by early life around the family table, where food was both daily ritual and expression. Her approach is rooted in Southeast Asian technique - refined under Chef Angus An, and built on layers of spice, herbs, and balance to create dishes that are bold, precise, and full of energy. At Mekong, she leads the kitchen with instinct and intention, bringing focus, warmth, and detail to every dish. When you dine here, you’re tasting her approach: grounded, vibrant, and distinctly her own.

Colin, a talented Whistler hospitality veteran, brings extensive experience from Banff, Australia, and renowned restaurants like Bearfoot Bistro and Araxi. Passionate about fine dining, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences, he now leads Mekong, ensuring every visit feels warm and welcoming. When not curating exceptional dining experiences, Colin enjoys exploring the great outdoors in Whistler. -

Michael blends technical skill and creativity in Mekong's cocktail program. Originally from Ottawa, he honed his craft over five years in Whistler, specializing in advanced gastronomy techniques. Known for his precision and passion for ingredients, Michael creates innovative drinks that elevate both flavor and presentation, leaving a lasting impression on locals and newcomers alike.
